Biodiversity Bug Hotel

The pupils worked together to build a bug hotel for the school garden, creating a safe place for insects and other small creatures to live. They collected natural materials such as sticks, leaves, pinecones, bark, and pieces of bamboo, carefully arranging them into different sections of the hotel. While building it, the pupils learned about the importance of insects like bees, beetles, and ladybirds, and how they help plants grow and keep the ecosystem healthy. The project was both fun and educational, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and respect for nature while helping to make the school garden more wildlife-friendly. Thanks to Ness who came in and did a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of making it. Well Done to all the pupils.
